I wanted to take time to tell you about the crew that you have assembled. I am the Site Super for a 1800 square foot addition attached to a 2100 square foot remodel. I got ahold of Brandon and he got s crew out here to help get my project completed. There are a hand full of guys that really stood out as amazing workers and true professionals of their trade. The hangers, Allen. He was amazing! He came to work with an incredible attitude and a great sense of humor. His music choice was the best! When it came time for the Taping in the remodel side of the house Brandon sent over Jose. That Kid might be the GOAT! His ability to both finish new rock and hit dozens of patches all over the house and make them disappear! Incredible. He worked late and weekends. What an incredible amount of dedication and hard work. Once the drywall was completed. This manly man of a man with a whole can of dip in his upper and lower lip came through and matched the texture to the old house Flawlessly. He also went out of his way to help me with a few items that made me look like a champion and I thank him for that. Butch is a national treasure that needs to be protected at all costs! Lastly this my relationship with this company is based off the incredible customer service that I receive from Brandon and Carlos. Anything I need it is handled promptly and with clear communication. Carlos comes by weekly to check on my needs and the quality of the project. This company commitment to customer service and the production of an exceptional product is unmatched. I want to take this opportunity to personally thank you and your Red hawk Construction team for working with Charter Construction to get Ardmore Elementary School in Bellevue, re-constructed in three short weeks to enable staff and students to get back to school on the first day of classes on September 1. The significant water damage that we incurred from a sprinkler head that went wet due to high summer heat caused us to flood 9 classrooms and other common shared spaces. Four classrooms on the main floor and 5 classrooms on the lower floor directly below the impacted classrooms left us short of classrooms for our students. When we first met at the Ardmore site on Friday, August 6, Servpro had dealt with the majority of the damaged spaces by removing water saturated wallboard, wall covering and toe bases for casework. I remembered you taking a look at all of the spaces, taking measurements and finally telling me, that you could get these rooms hung out, taped and finished in time for Charter Construction to re-install casework, trim, rubber base and essentially get the rooms ready for students and staff. All by the first day of school on September 1. Your confidence went a long way to put my mind at ease and at that point I began to feel somewhat.confident that we might actually achieve this deadline of September 1. Your crew came in before S:00A many mornings including weekends to beat the heat and work well into the evening to get the job done. Our paths would cross several times each day as you ran materials for your crews, cleaned up and being totally supportive with your efforts to contribute to the success of the project. The efforts of Redhawk Construction and Charter Construction enabled our 5 classrooms that the school needed to be ready to go for teacher move in on Saturday, August 28. Due to environmental clearance issues, the four remaining classrooms on the lower level were completed and ready for use on September 2. Dan, I cannot thank you enough for taking on this project and your confidence in your crew's ability to make the schedule. Your attention to detail and customer service was paramount. I truly enjoyed working with you and your Redhawk team. Red hawk Construction is exceptional and I would and will use you again for similar projects - emergency repair or not! Hundven Paint
I received a phone call from Mr. Hundven yesterday and wanted to send off this email. Mr. Hundven was seriously impressed with the work Redhawk has completed with the trim paint, throughout the home. He works in the industry and wanted to extend his gratitude and appreciation for the attention to detail on his home. Thank you Redhawk. Most appreciative. Keep in mind, this customer specifically said that they did not want to do this job unless they used “their painter”. I assured them that our painter would outshine their painter (from my experience). Thank you guys AGAIN for proving my point. GREAT stuff! Thanks Dan, Brandon, and Ussiel!!!!

I guess like all construction oriented businesses, people or businesses sometimes forget to offer reviews, but any business that does a great job for you or even a terrible job should be acknowledged. In the case of Red Hawk Construction, this is my 3rd time using them and have had personal attention from the owner Dan Mendes. In each job, Dan and his crew worked efficiently, quickly and with the highest level of expertise. They are not only friendly, but so efficient that the cost can be kept down just by their great work ethic of being on time and working hard. I would recommend Red Hawk for anything from Construction and Drywall to Painting...They might even have deeper expertise that I just don't know about. They are a great company to works with!
